All classes begin August 17th and continue through recital in June except for Labor Day, Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Spring/Easter break, and Memorial Day.  Any others will be announced. 

REGISTRATION:

Students are urged to register before the end of July for Fall classes.  There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 for new students or $10 for returning students.

TUITION:

Tuition is based on a ten consecutive lesson rate, including the above holidays.  A partial payment is required on the first lesson of each period and the balance by the third lesson. Any amount less than ten lessons will be charged at single lesson rate.

No refunds will be issued.

No post-dated checks.

There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.

Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or will be charged for at the the regular rate with no make-up. 

ATTENDANCE:

Regular attendance is essential for the satisfactory progress of each student. Students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time as late arrivals distract the entire class. No more than two lessons per 10 lessons can be made up. They must be made up within 5 weeks of missed lesson. The 10 lessons will not run over. The studio must be notified if a student is (A) is absent due to illness; (B) is going to be absent for a prolonged period of time; (C) desires to stop taking lessons.

PERFORMANCES:

Held every June.  Students will be permitted to participate depending on time of enrollment, ability to perform and if it's within costume ordering date.  A costume deposit is required in October.  Costumes are ordered in February.  No refunds will be issued.

WORKSHOPS:

Ronnie's Academy of Dance participates in dance workshops throughout the year offered by Florida Dance Masters and other organizations.  Students must be of eligible age and study at least three forms of dance to participate.  Parent or chaperone must accompany student.

COMPETITIONS:

The studio offers a competition group.  Students are encouraged to participate in Dance Festivals, Teen Solo Competitions, Jr. Mr./Miss and Mr./Miss Dance of Florida Scholarship Pageants.  Students will be invited into the group at the instructor's discretion.
